Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tutorix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of Service

Tutorix is designed for tutoring studio management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Tutorix, including student records, tutor profiles, billing information, and communications. You may export your data at any time.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for Studio Pro plans and 99.5% for other plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
